Description
I reported the bug listed in the headline earlier.
Even though the game doesn't crash anymore at this point, there is still the sound of the growling minotaur missing. It should occur just before the narrator starts. There is an odd pause upon entering the room.
I know that this isn't as important, but I just thought i report it anyway.

The bug submitter is referring to bug #3413589 : "SCI: KQ6CD: Game stops responding in the catacombs" https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3413589&group_id=37116&atid=418820

I have improved a bit the way that SCI1.1 sound effects are handled. Try downloading the next daily version, and in the ScummVM Options screen, go to MIDI and check the "Mixed Adlib/MIDI mode" checkbox (enabling this means that digital sound effects will be preferred over their MIDI counterparts) and try the scene again. The MIDI version of the minotaur sound is barely audible, whereas the sound effect version is much better... so try it now, the sample should be heard more clearly.

Changing status from "Pending" to "Closed". This is fixed in version 1.4.1 and the nightly 1.5.0 (the digital sound effects are always preferred now), and there will be an option to toggle between the two sound effects (see pull request 169).
Closing for now (and this should have been closed automatically... quite odd)

Just enter the room to the right, there should be the sound of the minotaur just before the narrator starts.
