As i cannot reopen or comment on the initial bug report i'll mention it here. This is probably still the same bahaviour as it was described and fixed in item# 2960558 AGI: (Fan) SQ0: Animation overdraws text window.
Unfortunately either i did overlook it or it wasn't there after the bug had been fixed, but now there is one slight glitch still in the displaying of text windows in the tree scene. All of the tree's answers (text windows) have cut out some space from the bottom border (see screenshots) and they are clearly cut out from the animation "frame" of the trree.
