QFG3: Thin vertical black line in start menu

Description

In the start menu in QfG3, there is a one pixel wide vertical line on the right side.

SSCI seems to round coordinates of showBits calls to even numbers, but this needs confirmation. The attached patch does this too.

The attached patch looks good. Should it be added now that we're having the game testing, or should we wait until after 1.3.0 is released to apply it?
