LSL2: Error reading MT32.DRV

Description
When I try to start this game with MT-32 Emulation the game just stops with this error message "Error reading MT32.DRV" this is file is in the game installation folder, but I can only start this game with the AdLib Emulator. Tested with latest GIT nightly build Feb 25 2011. Any other game starting without any problem with enabled MT-32 Emulation.

The MT32.DRV driver in LSL2 is a bit different from KQ4 and XMAS88. Implemented support for it in r318c51a
