COMI Subtitles bug

Description

There is a problem with subtitles in the barbershop when Guybrush is singing songs to join the quartet of pirates. The first rhyme hangs on the screen while Guybrush sings the rest of the song. When subtitles and speech are enabled the text of the song is shown slightly above the stuck rhyme. When subtitles are disabled there is just first rhyme on the screen. When only subtitles are enabled everything is OK.

I also can't turn the subtitles off completely even if in general options and in in-game options they are disabled.

Scummvm version 1.2.1 64bit CD version of COMI

There were subtitle regressions in The Dig & COMI in ScummVM 1.2.1, which have been fixed in the meantime.

Try a recent daily snapshot of ScummVM SVN.
