Replicated on Linux x86_32 with : ScummVM 1.3.0git3509-g87d7044-dirty (Mar 1 2011 10:54:23) Features compiled in: Vorbis FLAC MP3 ALSA SEQ TiMidity RGB zLib FluidSynth Theora

This is a bug with the priority assigned to the fence in picture 5. There's not much that can be done about this one, it's a design flaw of the game, and since this is a fanmade game, the game's author should fix that. Closing as "won't fix".
