ITE demo: patched sound at intro is not played correctly

Description

In the Windows/Linux demo i can only ear the voices for the first sentences. After that the only thing i ear is noise (starts with the sentence "The humans also knew the Secret of Life, ...").

The floppy game has also some problem with voices: i think they are played too fast!.

I bisected this. The voice speed is a year-old regression from r43470.

Thanks for spotting this! The voice speed for the floppy version should be fixed in r52727. I haven't tried the demo yet.

I have played again with SVN52756.
The voices in the game are ok.

The problem in the demo (http://www.wyrmkeep.com/downloads/itedemo.exe) is not fixed.

For me, the demo does play p2_a.iaf, but it plays it wrong. At first, it's silent and then there's a loud burst of static. I've attached a patch that fixes that problem for me, but I'll need help verifying that it doesn't break any of the other versions.

I checked with other versions and they worked well with this patch while it successfully fixed the bug. Committed both to the trunk and release branch. thanks.
