Situation: Open helmet of center suit of armor at medieval exhibit to find corpse inside Bug: Corpse closeup either has no hotspots or hotspots produce no text

Just wanted to mention that the CD version works correctly in this screen, but the hotspots are all missing in the floppy version

The two associated objects seem to be armorPippin and inPippin (the closeup).
LB2Floppy is one of the few games without a selector vocabulary... I tried setting up the missing selectors just in case, to no avail.
I've also disabled scaling altogether, again without success.
Not sure what's wrong here

I just played up until this point using Sierra SCI and the exact the same glitch happens. It seems the Let's Play video must be from a different version of Laura Bow 2 floppy?!

I don't know what version is used in that let's play video. If the floppy version is broken, perhaps the version showed in that video is the CD version, set to show subtitles instead of speech?

Ah, I never noticed that you could turn on subtitles in Laura Bow 2 CD and even have the audio off. Right, I guess that's an explanation. I contacted the let's player on youtube. Hopefully she will respond.
Sierra changed method rm440::handleEvent (rm440::<noname133> in Laura Bow 2 CD. Which is responsible for it.

It seems the Let's Play-er used the CD version, but disabled audio and got textboxes that way. The actual Laura Bow 2 floppy misses out on those hotspots. We can't really do anything about it.
