ISLANDBRAIN: crash on opening logo menu

Description
On the first screen (Sierra Discovery Series logo), pres a key or click to open up the menu with "Continue Introduction", "Skip Introduction", etc options. Ensure the mouse cursor is not on the menu, and press the enter key with any menu option selected. Game crashes with the following error message:
