Description

On at least one occasion an actor dissappeared from the scene. This happens in the scene where Maggie is stuck, and Brink is distracting the giant spider. When Low enters the scene again after diverting the water, Brink isn't there anymore. I found him again when entering my inventory. Maybe a layer problem.

I use Scummvm 0.2.2 CVS built on Oct 26 2002 using a Debian Linux system. English talkie version of The Dig.

If you walk right to the nest Brink will not be visible.

In this savegame Boston Low stands in front of the tomb. If he walks in, his character is not shown until you click on the elevator.

From bug #636303: When the landing team leaves the Space Shuttle for the first time in order to inspect the meteor, opening the inventory and using the flashlight on the meteor causes the screen to scroll to the left, all the way back to the Space Shuttle.

I think I found another place where the problem is visible: when you move down using that triangular "elevator" (going to the dead alien in the pyramid), then once the cut scene part ends (elevator moving down etc.), then the in-game scene is moved to much to the left - it doesn't give a seamless transition from the cut scene to the normal game play.

The second save game (no 7) seems to work fine for me, at least I see Brink in it. But yeah, in the other one (where Low enters the tomb), he's not drawn. Also in the first save game I "managed" to get the spider to "vanish".
