M1VGA: Stump jokes doesn't work

Description
Hi,
I'm playing MonkeyVGA with the latest CVS build. The stump joke that is in teh floppy version of MI1 doesn't work with ScummVM.
When I look at the tree stump in the forest I am not asked to insert another disk, but the following is output to the console:
WARNING: unkMessage2("Insert Disk 22 and Press Button to Continue.")! WARNING: unkMessage2("Insert Disk 36 and Press Button to Continue.")! WARNING: unkMessage2("Insert Disk 114 and Press Button to Continue.")!
It's not really a problem, I know... but it would be nicer if it worked :-)
I attach a savegame from the forest. Look at the stump to see what I mean.

Did what I should have done in the first place, and submitted a patch. You'll find it in the patches section.
