when Edit Game (eg. simon2) > Audio, i can't switch between Text and Speech

I fixed it for all resolutions except 320x200 where Subtitle speed control is still not available.
I need to think on how to address the issue, but generally our GUI becomes quite crowded.

Just wanted to clarify that happens only with 640x400, 320x240 and 320x200 for m. Actually all widgets below the tab box (which ends above the Ok and Cancel buttons) are not working at all.
