WINDOWS: Touchscreen Bug

Reported by: SF/flyingkoopa Owned by: fingolfin
Priority: normal Component: Port: Win32
Version: Keywords:
Cc: Game:

Description

ScummVM doesn't seem to be able to use the Touchscreen of my MID (Viliv X70) correctly. Everything works fine in window mode, but if i switch to fullscreen the mouse pointer sticks in the top left edge. It happens both in the ScummVM launcher and the Game (Beneath a steel Sky). I think it has something to do with the absolute positioning of the cursor on a touchscreen device. I am using Windows 7 (Ultimate, 32bit).

This sounds more like a bug in SDL, or even in the software used by this device. Fullscreen mode works fine on many other systems, including Windows 7.

I assume you try to position the cursor using touch input? If so, can you please try attaching a mouse and see if the issue goes away using the mouse?
