Description
TFMX is disabled with #defines by default, but scumm v4 file refers to tfmx without regard to the #define.
This prevents building.

My mistake. Issue was with having to rebuild libsound.a when you switch from !ENABLE_SCUMM to ENABLE_SCUMM.
