Description
Restarting doesn't work in Future Wars.
How to reproduce this bug: - Simultaneously click the left and right mouse buttons to access system menu - Choose "Restart Game" and then "Ok, go ahead ..." - Nothing happens so restart doesn't work
Tested using English DOS Floppy version of Future Wars with branch-1-0-0 r43559 under Windows XP SP3.

To clarify: this is not a regression from 0.13.1 as there restarting doesn't work either.
