Looks to me like either patched or badly copied version. Could you, please, provide md5s and lengths for all of the files?

I used Floppy Image & file transfer 1.01 (http://ppera.07x.net/atari/floimgd.php) to read Atari ST disks. I tried to read the disk few times and the md5 checksums were always same. And according to the read log, it was always read without any error.
