SCI: KQ5: Mouse cursor is outline only

Description

I'm observing a regression in latest nightly builds (at least svn40952+). In KQ5 some times (it depends on the current room) mouse cursor draws outlined instead of being filled with white.

KQ5 ver: 0.000.062 SCUMMVM ver: svn40952 OS: Ubuntu 9.10

PS: In case if it is not the time to test KQ5 yet, please let me know.

This will be fixed when we switch from the current to the new gui code.
