Description
OS: Windows XP (32) Compiler: Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition Build: ScummVM 0.14.0svn (May 21 2009 18:56:53) Features compiled in: Vorbis MP3 zLib MPEG2
Used latest Libraries from wiki.
When i click on Options, ScummVM closes and prints the following message Could not load widget position for 'GlobalOptions_Audio.auOPLPopup'!
Only warning in compiling was gfx_res_options.obj : warning LNK4221: no public symbols found; archive member will be inaccessible

Marking this as "invalid". After all it was no "crash" but rather a quit because of a not recoverable error occurred because of wrong data files.

Looks like you're having an outdated "scummmodern.zip" around somewhere in your paths setup in ScummVM. You should use the one which came with the sources. It's located in gui/themes in the source root.
