Virtual Keyboard: number keys not working

Description
The number keys (0,1..9) are not working on the virtual keyboard. I can't click on them.
All the other keys are working fine.
Tested on 0.14.0 trunk on Linux and the Wii.

Turns out to be an easy fix:
In vkeybd.zip the vkeybd.xml is missing the 0-9 entries in the lowercase table. I've attached the fixed version. File Added: vkeybd.xml
