NDS scummvm-a: soft scaler initial colors distorted

Description

When starting a game, the initial colors on the lower screen appear to be wrong, using software scaler in scummvm-a on Nintendo DS. Furthermore the image seems to be stretched horizontally. The upper screen is not affected, hardware scaler is not affected. After pressing the "Y" button once, or opening/closing the ingame menu, everything works well.

Tested: Monkey Island 1&2 VGA/Floppy/German. SCUMMVM-A 0.13.0 by ender 2009/01/22 CycloDS v1.53, 4 GByte Sandisk microSDHC

Appears to be fixed in 0.13.1 beta 1.

I'm surprised you got this far - I couldn't get those builds from Ender to even boot.

Anyway, this was fixed a while ago.
