MAC: Cannot add games in the launcher in fullscreen mode

Description
On MacOS X, if the launcher is in fullscreen mode, clicking on the Add button doesn't show the directory selection dialogue and the luncher stays in fullscreen mode. It looks like the directory selection dialogue is open though, as the mouse cursor changes and if I click on alt-Ent to go in windowed mode then it behaves as if I had selected a directory (apparently the one of the last game I added).
This happens with 0.13.0 branch and 0.14.0 SVS from January 23 2009.
Version 0.12.0 used to leave fullscreen mode to display the directory selection dialogue and then enter it again after selecting the directory.
