WOODRUFF: Small gfx glitch

This isn't a big one, but it's rather strange. At the scene with the toxic river near the beginning of the game, there are a number of short animations in the scenery (bone fish jumping, little acid bubbles, etc.).
For one of these animations - one with some bubbles near the part of the river that Woodruff can walk across - the final frame of the video will hang on screen for about 10 seconds, maybe a bit less. It's a bit hard to show with a static screen but I included a screen showing what I'm referring to.
