Environment: scummvm 0.2.0, german, floppy (installed on hdd), win32
Hey guys,
I'd like to play Indiana Jones and the fate of atlantis (in my german version). This is what happened when starting 'C:\scummvm -pC:\atlantis\ atlantis':
Unable to open configuration file: C:\WINDOWS\scummvm.ini.
Detected game 'Indiana Jones 4 and the Fate of Atlantis', version 5.5.0 Error(0:0:0x0): charset 6 not in room 68 at 6981281+73953!
Monkey Island 2 seems to run without any problems...
Generally: Why does german version do make so much trouble to you?

Oh wait, you are still using 0.2.0 ? No wonder that you have troubles :-) Go and get a daily build and try again. http://scummvm.sourceforge.net/downloads.php

Ahh....the problem was, that my atlantis.001 file was corrupted. I reinstalled the game and now it runs. Great :-)
But again - can anybody explain why german version do make so much trouble (I've read that somewhere in your faq or on your website)...

There are no big problems with german versions anymore in current CVS (at least no known ones; I am not counting Simon here). The information on the webpage was outdated, thus I now removed that remark. Thanks for pointing it out.

Can't reproduce this with the german nor the english version of FOA. Are you doing anything special, or just starting it up?
