I added the game details to ScummVM 0.12.0svn, try the current Windows snapshot of ScummVM.

I updated the game details in ScummVM 0.12.0svn, try the current Windows snapshot of ScummVM, and report any problems.

It seems to be working now. Although lip-syncing is a little off.

If you are playing directly off the CD, try copying the data files to the hard disk.

If the lip sync issue still occurs, add a separate bug report, with specific example.
