I updated the game details in ScummVM 0.12.0svn, try the current Windows snapshot of ScummVM, and report any problems.

Thank you it is working now. Only problem I see with it now is the lip-syncing is off. Speech finishes faster then actors lips.

If you are playing directly off the CD, try copying the data files to the hard disk.
If the lip sync issue still occurs, add a separate bug report, with specific example.
I added the game details to ScummVM 0.12.0svn, try the current Windows snapshot of ScummVM.
