The problem lies in Font::createOutline(). Seems to be an off-by-one error, but I'm not sure yet.

I cannot verify this Bug on my Machine: AMDx²|ATIx1300 Iam using Scummvm 0.11.1 on WindowsXP64bit or Ubuntu/Linux 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon|x86)

This bug is nice to get fixed before the release. Raising priority for keeping the track.

The problem was that some characters in the IHNM refer to the same graphics data, and the outline generation didn't handle this. This caused it to create a broken outline for the copies. It should be fixed now.
