Similar to the other bug (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1848016&group_id=37116&atid=418820) the Dialogs have wrong brackground. Another game palette problem? Screenshot attached

Fixed in the latest SVN, indeed it was a game palette issue with the Spanish version
