Description
Elvira 2, Spanish, DOS version I'used last SVN, and ScummVM don't find the game.
The console throw me this:

I extract again the file, and ScummVM say again "Not found". The file have line texts, and I play with the game with DosBox and it works. I upload the file

No, it's from a very old CD with my old games in diskettes. The diskettes don't work since years.

I added this alternative Spanish version of Elvira 2 (DOS) to ScummVM SVN.
Use the next daily snapshot of ScummVM 0.11.0svn.

There Spanish version of Elvira 2 (DOS) was previously reported via forums (See http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?p=17200#17200 ) and your 'gamepc' file doesn't match.
Maybe copy files from original disks again, to be sure the 'gamepc' file isn't corrupt.
Or are there multiple Spanish versions of Elvira 2 (DOS) ?
