INDY3: Game doesn't save "Series" IQ points

Description
The game is supposed to keep track of a running total of all the IQ points you have accumulated (The "Series" score). I believe these are stored each time you load/save the game (If you complete the game, and watch the credits to the end, there is a warning there that to properly save your "Series" IQ points, you must now go to the load screen and load a game, as this will save the total properly).
However, since ScummVM bypasses the games normal save routines, it seems like the routine for saving the Series IQ points is never called, causing these to start from Zero each time you start the game from the beginning.
