Description
I´m using an XDA Mini PocketPc with Windows Mobile 2003 Edition.
I tried out Scumm VM 0.9.1 for PocketPC and it only works in portrait mode. In landscape mode (left- or right-handed) the pen control is total messed up (axis wrong, can´t click on the buttons). The left hand landscape mode doesn´t work after all (it still takes the right handed landscape mode and the pen control is still messed up).
Btw. I´ve seen that if you start it in portrait mode and press the ape (in monkey island 1) it also turns the page.
Still it is a little bit complicated because I normally work in landscape mode ..
Greetings

Have tried the build from the 05/02/07 (if a newer is available please send link).
The counter-clockwise rotation of the pointer is still there. Also the background (the virtual console) is poping in ...

Just to clarify, if you start scummvm in portrait (keyboard tucked in) scummvm works ok.
If you start scummvm while the keyboard is out what happens?
Id scummvm is running and you get the keyboard out, the cursor should have the y-axis inverted? (up/down is down/up, left/right is fine)
Also, what is this virtual console that pops up? What does this mean?
Thanks, K.

The virtual keyboard of the xda mini (not scumm vm) (located in the bottom right - that´s what I mean with virtual console) always pops in when I´m pressing something in scumm vm in the bottom right (or I start in portrait mode and flip the screen with scumm vm, then the xda mini virtual keyboard is located in the bottom left). The virtual xda mini keyboard shouldn´t interfere anyway when the application doesn´t want it (in my poker game the virtual xda mini keyboard isn´t active).
The problem with the inverse cursor control only appears if I start scumm vm in landscape (left- or right-handed) mode.
I will try to shoot a photo of it to clarify it ...

OK, the keyboard must not popup if you're using the svn build.
For the mouse inversion in landscape modes, the bug should be equivalent to this one:
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=1712102&group_id=37116&atid=418820
which I'll try to fix.

Yes, ok, thanks. Are you sure you're running the svn version (02may07)? (should have version 0.10.0svn shown in the launcher when scummvm starts up and not 0.9.1) This behavior should be gone in this build. If not I'm not sure how to fix this, other than suggesting the workaround:

You´re right - have used the old one - sorry.
Have tried all three screen assignments (portrait, left, right landscape).
The keyboard problem didn´t occure again. Also the wrong axis problem is solved.
The only small issue is that it always starts as "portrait scumm" despite what you have set up in your Windows CE environment (so you have to turn it manually with the ape button). Don´t know if it is possible to recognize what screen assignment you´ve started it.
Thanks anyway .. good job.
