GUI: Modern theme gfx glitch in launcher

Description
Setting the scaler at normal 1x, the launcher draws some funky lines on the right side of the game listview (assuming there are enough games to introduce a scrollbar - haven't tried out if the games fit into the view with no scrollbar). It seems to have something to do with the currently selected entry, more specifically when that entry changes.

Fixed with current SVN (at least I wasn't able to reproduce it with 1x anymore).
