scummvm reports as loom - but it is Monkey Island VGA spanish 1.0
seems to be some 640k version (1.2MB version is listed correctly in scummvm):

Sorry, but we do not support warezed versions. Moreover, it is not clear, was there ever original with such content, i.e. pirates could alter it.
Please, provide the release details. I.e. which media it is on, how many disks, any stickers etc.
