nothing - just start it - seems the windows turns blue just part of a second than all scummvm windows closed

Trying starting ScummVM via a Command Prompt, and see if it reports any errors.
And do you have the latest version of queen.tbl?

adding queen.tbl solves the problem - thanks - did not read anything about this ...
now i get this message (with current download from scummvm website):
