Description
i'm using the italian version of touche (english cd version patched).
it plays slow, the cursor in particular.
it says:
Looking for touche Trying to start game 'Touche: The Adventures of the Fifth Musketeer' Datafile size (26367792) and MD5 (1f442331d4b327c3488a9f6ffe9bdd25) are unknown ! Please report the details (language, platform, etc.) of this game to the ScummVM team.

yes, it is a fan made translation, good and complete, made by a group of italian translators of games: IAGTG http://www.iagtg.net (here you can find the patch and informations).
well, i've tried to download the last daily snapshot, but the cursor is still a bit slow. hope for the next.

Since the translation is marked as "100% complete", I added the details to SVN.
That shouldn't make much of a difference though ; since *apparently* the italian version only patches the .DAT file, there's nothing to "patch" in the engine (contrary to the german and french versions).
Concerning the mouse cursor, since SVN 24781, it should be much faster. Please test again with the next snapshot (to be sure you have the modifications with your build).

ok, with the last svn all is fine. the cursor is faster (even though it could be a little more faster - as in dosbox).

We generally don't support "fan made" translations (is that what you mean by "patched" ?). Mainly because a translation can be updated with the time, and then md5 and file sizes will change too. Anyway, is there a website where I can get information about this translation (pourcentage of completeness, patch for download...) ?
Regarding the slowliness of the mouse cursor, you should try SVN or the next daily snapshot, I just added something to deal with it.
The game speed should match the original, though. If you think it's too slow, you can use Ctrl+F (to enable fast mode) or F9 (to enable fast walking mode).
