ScummVM version 0.9.0 built June 22 2006 13:19:37 on Mac OS X 10.4.5
Putt-Putt Travels Through Time (PuttTime) CD-ROM in a box labelled Windows 95/98, Windows 3.1 and Macintosh. English language - not sure if other languages available. The MD5 of file 'PuttTime (0)' is 63fdcdc95cdeea00060883aed38e5504 is as you have listed (All platforms, English). However trying to add this to the ScummVM gives an alert "ScummVM could not find any game in the specified directory!", so the game cannot be played.

I added the game details to ScummVM SVN, use the next snapshot of ScummVM SVN.

It seems to me you have run into exactly the same problem I had with a few Humongous games. My -dutch- discs contain both pc and mac versions, sometimes the files have the same MD5 codes, some not. But ScummVM did not recognize the Mac-specific filenames. So kirben added them for me, after I supplied him with the MD5codes and filenames.
Have a look at bug# 1547323 and see what I mean.
On my mac, I can only 'see' the macfiles on the CD, I had to use a PC to see the pc-files. So I could not force ScummVM to use the PC-files on my mac. Though, I could have copied them to my mac. By adding the right filenames, I can just pop-in the CD and play the game.
