"Compiled features" string empty

Description
Using latest svn. Since the move to version.cpp on April 8th, the "Compiled features" string (which is printed in ./scummvm --version and the GUI's 'About' dialog) is empty.
This is easily fixable by including config.h in base/version.cpp
