ITE: German floppy version not recognized

Description
The German floppy version of Inherit the Earth (aka Erben der Erde) seems not to work with ScummVM 0.8.1.
I tried this with the latest WinCE build of ScummVM.
The game is not recognized when you do a scan in the dir the game is installed to - and it does not work when manually added to the games list.
The game consists of the following files: ITE.RSC SCRIPTS.RSC SOUNDS.RSC

Tried it on my Windows machine today - same error, the shell said:
Looking for ite Trying to start game 'Inherit the Earth' MD5s of your game version are unknown. Please, report following data to ScummVM team along with your game name and version: ite.rsc: 869fc23c8f38f575979ec67152914fee scripts.rsc: a891405405edefc69c9d6c420c868b84 sounds.rsc: e2ccb61c325d6d1ead3be0e731fe29fe WARNING: No valid games were found in the specified directory.!

As I see, these files come from ITE CD German, not floppy. Do you really have those files on original floppies?
