Apparently your 09.LFL file is corrupted.

MD5 (09.LFL) = dd196f9094f1435d5f2ab03719fc9aab

10725 bytes

Please, check. No problem here

This bug actually affects numerous airports, not just Nepal
(though not all airports).

I've attached an md5 list, using the Win32 md5 tool avaiable
here: http://www.fourmilab.ch/md5/

It's my understanding that not all md5 tools are created
equal, so I fully expect that *all* of my md5s will differ
from whatever tool you used to calculate yours. (Is there a
way I can see the list of "golden" md5s for this and other
games?)

So your 09.lfl file is indeed corrupted. Your md5 is

0d542b79b8d7ce05f673ff92213be159

You should recopy the file over again from the media.

Closing this.
