TENTACLE: dott spanish non completable in CVS versions

Description
As soon you get outside of the mansion with Laverne after asking the tentacle to go to the bathroom the game crashes and the console shows:
ERROR: Player::send(): Invalid control change 0
I can confirm this bug is present in lastest CVS versions (but I´m not sure about when was introduced). On the other hand 0.7.1 version works flawless, and it only happens with the spanish version (english one works perfect), talkie and not talkie.

Actually I can reproduce the issue with the English version of tentacle too. The case for the 'bank select' control change of iMuse was missing. Fixed in ScummVM 0.8.0 CVS, use the next daily snapshot.
