Description
When I give the battery plans to Edison with Hoagie in the past, it takes some seconds to go out from the inventory.

Are you certain this doesn't happen in the original version, too? Just want to double check because I can't use the original version on this machine hence I have no way to know whether this is indeed incorrect behaviour.
If indeed the original version has the plans immediatly leaving, than my only guess would be that we are not redrawing the inventory at the right point somehow.

i've checked this problem with latest cvs build (29 august) and the german talkie version of dott and the problem does NOT occur. so either this is fixed or it does not happen with the german version.
someone should check this with the english or spanish version, otherwise i think this bug report can be closed.

Still happens for me in the english talkie version. This is using my savegame, maybe it works if I play it thru from the start? I'll try that later.
