ITE: Options menu contains wrong item

Description
When running the Mac OS X CD in ScummVM, the top option in the options menu is "Reading Speed," as in the floppy version, which only allows the option "Fast" to be selected. This should, as it is under the official interpreter, be "Show Dialogue" instead.
I'm using a CVS build compiled using GCC 4.0 under Mac OS X 10.4.2.

Those items aren't functional at the moment at all. Andrew has plans to implement it eventually. Though this is the difference I never noticed before :). Thanks for reporting.
