ITE: German CD version is not completeable

Description
The German version of Inherit the Earth seems not to be completeable. At the end when Chota falls into the river I hear the first sentence of the voices.rsc file ("Um uns sind der Himmel, das Land und die Seen (...)" and so on) instead of a scream or something like that (also unnormal game behaviour). And then the game remains in this position and the user is unable to see the outro.
Of course, I'm using the latest snapshot, version is CD talkie, platform windows.

Also appears in old Mac CD version.
To reproduce run with bootparam 286.
