After Bobin exit the cave, he can't go back. This bug is in the CD-Version, not in FM-Towns and 16- Bit version (English and German).

You mean going back from the dark, maze-like room to the dragon's cave? I don't know how it is now, but my experience in the past has been that it's possible to go back, but that it's quite tricky to find the correct spot to click on.

I don't know whether or not it was like that in the original game as well.

No. I mean going back from the mountain path(room 33) to the labyrinth cave. Because I have not the mirror spell.

I was able to re-enter using one of my old savegames (that the savegame was old could, of course, be a problem in itself), but again I had to search for the correct hotspot, which seemed to be somewhere slightly below the cave opening. (Actually, I had much more trouble finding the hotspot for getting *out* of the cave. :-)

Again, I don't know if this is how the original also behaved.

If it really happens in other sites that this one, it is a critical bug. Otherwise it should be closed. Probably it's just abad save.

I played through Loom CD to the point where I encountered Rusty. I was able to go back into the dragon cave and to the lake, but the hotspots in this area were - as usual - a bit annoying. Try clicking at the lowest part of the cave opening.

That they are this annoying could, of course, be a bug. But if so, it's not a bug that prevents the game from being completable, even if you do forget to learn the reflection draft before exiting the caves.

Since the game has already been tested for 0.8.0, I didn't continue after that, nor did I try to find all the back story to that point. I just waned to test this as quickly as possible.

Ok, so it's not a show stopper at least. Lowering priority and removing from the list.

So, is this a bug at all? If I understand correctly, everything works; the only *potential* bug is that maybe our hotspots are too small (which seems very unlikely)... or did I missunderstand something?

Well, I don't know what triggers the movement from one room to another, but as far as I can tell the only problem is that it sometimes takes me a few attempts to get Bobbin from one room to the next (or the previous). For all I know, this may be a faithful recreation of the original behaviour, but it does seem a bit odd.
