GOB1: ScummVM should look for INSTALL.ASK

Description
I own an original CD version of each Gobli*ns game. In all of them, the .ASK file is called INSTALL.ASK, but ScummVM looks only for a file called ALL.ASK -maybe the file found in the floppy version?- and the game is not found.
Renaming INSTALL.ASK to ALL.ASK makes the job. Otherwhise, ScummVM should do this for us.

Another matter. All Gobli*ns games are multilanguage, isn't it? I say it because the versions I own are from Spain - MD5 could change and that things. Well, it works anyway.

No. It was wrong anyway. Now we properly look for and compute md5 of first megabyte of intro.stk file.
Please, test tomorrow's daily build if you're on windows or compile current CVS if you're on something else.
