Description
When simon drink the potion at the tower of destiny, the game become unstable and could crash. I have saved and I can't reload after this moment. I used ScummVM 0.7.1

Oh, I should have mentioned that you will need to install the ScummVM daily snapshot from Downloads page to get that output.

That is the pirated version of Simon the Sorcerer 1 Talkie (French), which was hacked to disable the copy protection. I'm not supporting hacked versions, I suggest buying the real game.
