The bottom part of the screen is messed up after shaking. Sometimes this happens to other parts on the screen too. For example after you got the vortex catched in Sam&Max the upsidedown scenery is distorted.

This also happens in DotT. Just turn on the music in green tentacles room. I guess it's some dirty rectangle redraw at the wrong position problem.

I rewrote most of the SDL graphic code, shaking and everything else now seems to work fine, I hope. Please give it at try.

I dunno about shaking on other platforms, though.
