Description
In 0.7 12/17 monkey1 (mac), monkey2 (mac), sam and max (pc), and possibly others, changing the master volume has no effect. Works correctly in comi and the dig.

Fixed. On the long run, I plan to get completely rid of the master volume control: it seems not to do much good, but confuses both users and developers :-)
