Description
Please have a look at http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1147070&forum_id=115757 where I described a problem with Comi which seems to be a bug in ScummVM 0.6.1b. Another poster detected a further problem which did not occure in a former version. (That's why I pointed you to the Forum.)
Here is my description of the problem again: Comi worked really good under Debian GNU/Linux ScummVM 0.6.1b until I want to put the chicken grease on the cannonballs to get rid of Slappy. The trunk were these cannonballs should be is just closed and I'm unable to do the trick. I just found out the place were Elaine is buried and swithed of the lights again. Slappy has also finished his trick with the plates (which are now laying around at the floor) but the trunk remains closed and the balls are hidden.
Many thanks for programming ScummVM Andreas.

I hope this is the right file which was the "newest" in my sve files directory. I might add that this is the German language version of Comi.

Hmm... I don't see any attached files on this bug report. Did you remember to check the "Check to Upload and Attach a File" box?
(Not that I'd be able to use it anyway. I don't have the German version myself.)

I hope this file is correct. I just save this file comi.s24. If this is not a correct save game file please explain how I should create one.

Tillea, there is still no file attached to this tracker item.
Also, it would be helpful if you could check whether the problem also occurs with a current CVS build...
Erik, the good thing about COMI (and The Dig) is that you can use savegames in any language version of the game, since they finally did localization properly -- using an external translation file :-)

I succeed in getting rid of Slappy with your savegame... In the theater, I went upstairs, played with the lights to make the 'x' appears. After that, I used the chicken grease on the cannonballs which are near the backstage door and... that was it. Have you followed these steps ?
I also noticed some graphical glitches with this savegame. For example, make Guybrush walk near the pirate coat. Nothing really important, though, exiting and entering the room solved this.

Graphic glitches with "old" savegames in COMI are quite frequent because we kept discovering and adding features for it during the development.
BTW, thanks for looking into this, cyx :-)

may you, please, attach a proper savefile here?
