You're missing the files from every floppy disk except the first. resource.000 should be ~6.5 megs.
You need to concatenate the files from all the disks into a single
resource.000or run the installer in dosbox to do it for you, see installation in: https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Quest_for_Glory
