NANCY: Tasklist checkboxes can't be clicked

Description

Over the blue checkboxes in the tasklist, there is no hotspot cursor, and clicking does nothing.
For an incomplete task Nancy should say something like "Can't check that off yet", and for a completed task Nancy should say something like "I'm finished with that" and a checkmark should appear in the box.
